Home & Community Care Program

We offer personal support assistance and general maintenance services to Elders in our community who reside in their own homes and at the Elders Eagle Lodge facility.

Our Personal Support workers provide companionship and life assistance to our Elders in the Sagamok community to ensure that they can live independently as much as possible. We also ensure that there are Companion Staff and Relief Workers outside of regular office hours.

To request personal support or general maintenance services, call or visit our Home and Community Care Coordinator, __ at the Elders’ Eagle Lodge between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
