Memorandum EHS Students and Parents RE: Student Support Services at Espanola High School

Please be advised that Christine Toulouse is leaving her position as our Secondary Student Support Worker effective today and who has accepted a position closer to home in Sudbury.  We want to wish Christine the very best in her new position and future endeavours. 


For the remainder of the 2017-2018 academic year the Rainbow Board Student Support Workers (Martha Shawanda and Eric Johnston with the assistance of Darian Jones) will be assigned to our students for the remainder of the school year and who will attend to student/school related matters.


Administrative matters, i.e. funding for events, sports, trips, etc… must be called into our Sagamok office for processing.  If you are aware of upcoming events/activities that you require financial assistance, you must call our office to make those arrangements one week prior to your scheduled event/activity (preferably on a MONDAY) so that our administrative staff can follow up and process your request before departure/activity dates.  Call the number above and ask for either Claudette Fournier at extension 235 or Jennifer Owl at extension 233 for assistance.


Your time and cooperation during this transitional period is greatly appreciated so that we all are better able to assist you with your educational needs.
