NOTICE OF CATERING TENDER

ANNUAL FALL HARVEST 2022

 

Catering services are required for the Annual Fall Harvest to be held at the Fall Harvest Grounds on October 3 to 7, 2022.  The service will provide a daily nutritious menu for meals and refreshments.  

Please fill in the bid amounts in highlighted areas.  

  • Styrofoam, paper plates or plastic cutlerly is not permitted.  
  • 4 dishwashing stations must be provided
  • Social distancing must be practiced when serving

 

Tender and Submissions

Submit bids including **menu and copy of Food Handlers Certificate **to the

Land, Resources and Environment office at 5133 Fort Road or

Administration Building at 4007 Espaniel Street.

Label bids: “Catering Bid for Fall Harvest 2022.”

Deadline for submissions is Monday, September 19, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Bids will be reviewed the following day and the successful bidder will be contacted by telephone on September 20th, 2022.
