Scope of Catering Services

Seeking individuals to provide catering services for Tuesday, December 31, 2019 for 200 people from 8:00pm - 12:00am (midnight)

 

Menu Includes

Menu to consist of 2 extra-large pots of soup and variety of sandwiches along with light snacks all evening during the Pow Wow

Fruit trays, Veggie Trays, Meat trays and variety of other snacks.

Must Provide all eating utensils along with bowls and plates.

 

No Styrofoam plates etc.

(Please keep in mind of possible nut allergens in menu)

 

Please submit Current Registered Food Handlers Certificate along with bid.

The Sagamok Naandwedjige-Gamik, Community Wellness Department is seeking individuals to provide catering services for Friday, December 6, 2019 for 140 people.

 

Menu Includes

Turkey and Ham

Mashed Potatoes and Stuffing

Homemade Brown Beans

Cranberry Sauce

Homemade Dinner Rolls and Butter

Gravy

Macaroni Salad

 

Desserts: Rice Pudding & Lemon Pies

 

Beverages: Coffee, Tea, Apple & Orange Juice, Water

 

Tender Requirements

1.     Must quote a per person rate

2.     Must provide required cutlery, napkins, plates, cups. NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS

3.     Must have current Safe Food Handlers Certificate submitted with Bid.

4.     Servers, to provide portion control

  1. Tender packages can be obtained from the Administration office building (4007 Espaniel Road) at the Main Reception Area.
  1. The contractor shall provide the following:  a copy of their Registered Business; a current WSIB Clearance Certificate; and a copy of Liability Insurance coverage (minimum of $1.0 million).
  1. The contractor shall provide a work - Statement of Qualifications (snow removal).
  1. All work will comply and adhered to pertinent codes; guidelines, legislative requirements and manufacturers specifications for Health and Safety for all.
  1. In the event that a related issue arises, the Planning & Infrastructure Unit representative’s judgment shall prevail.
  1. Lowest bid will not necessarily be the accepted bid.  Factors such as time of completion, experience, previous performance, tender compliance requirements will affect the decision as to which contractor will be awarded the contract.  Tender bid assessment will be completed.
  1. All project materials, supplies, equipment, and labor (workforce) shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
  1. Tender packages are available to Sagamok Anishnawbek contractors only.
