55+ Chair Yoga Every Tuesday and Thursday 11:15am - 12pm (Until March 28, 2019) at the West Wing at Chi-Nishinawbe M'gizi Wigwam (Elders Eagle Lodge)
This is for individual who are ages 55+ and for those seeking opportunities for low-impact exercise and socialization. Dress in cool comfortable clothing and bring reusable water bottle.
