Overview of Women's Winter Wellness Retreat

This uniquely designed retreat will empower women while exploring holistic healing and wellness.  As a facilitator, I have learned a braided approach that interweaves traditional teachings with the natural laws of our humanness and western approaches which helps explore holistic ways of healing and wellness.  Throughout the weekend, we will share in a kind and gentle way to expand our awareness and knowledge through traditional teachings, ceremonies and self-care practices that can be implemented into your daily lives.
