Scope of Services: SPRING CLEAN UP PICKUP of APPLIANCES, FURNITURE & METALS 

Tender Requirements and Submission 

1. Submit a bid for 3 days of curbside pick-up of appliances, furniture, metals and haul to landfill.  

2. The contractor shall provide a work - Statement of Qualifications. 

3. All work will comply and adhere to pertinent codes, guidelines, legislative requriements and manufacturers specifications for Health and Safety for all. 

4.  In the event that a related issue arises, the Planning & Infrastructure Unit representative's judgement shall prevail.  

5.  Lowest bid will not necessarily be the accepted bid.  Factors such as time of completed experience, previous performance will affect the decision as to which contractor will be awarded the contract.  

6.  All project materials, supplies, equipment and labour (workforce) shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

The Sagamok Naandwedjige-Gamik, Community Wellness Department  is seeking individuals to provide catering services for Wendesday, May 30 & Thursday, May 31, 2018

Tender Specifications:

Wednesday, May 30 

AM Snacks & Beverages for 60 people

PM Snacks & Beverages for 60 people

LUNCH MENU for 60 people.  Dessert & Beverages

SUPPER MENU for 25 youth.  Dessert & Beverages

AM  Snacks & Beverages for 60 poeple

*NO PINEAPPLE, ORANGES, NUTS, SEA FOOD or SESAME SEED*

Tender Requirements and Submission 
1. Must quote a per person rate
2. Must provide required cutlery, napkins, plates, cups – NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS
3. Must have current and valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate and must be submitted with Bid.

Scope of Catering Services: 

The Economic Development Office requires catering services for 13 people for the Economic Development Committee Saturday, May 26, 2018 at the Multi-Educational Centre

Tender Specifications:

Morning Snacks   Coffee/tea, Juice, Water, Muffins, Fruit Tray, Yogurt and Granola

Lunch   Steak, Baked Potato, Strawberry Kale Salad with Almonds

Dessert   Cherry Cheese Cake

Beverages   Juice, Water, Pot

Afternoon Snack   Cheese Meat Cracker Tray

Tender Requirements and Submission 

1. Must provide required cutlery, napkins, plates, cups

2. NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS

3. Must have current and valid Safe Food Handlers Certificate and must be submitted with Bid.

Tender Submission Deadline:  Monday, June 4, 2018

Event Date:  Saturday & Sunday, June 9 & 10, 2018

 

Scope of Catering Services: 

Catering services are required for the Niigaaniin Standard First Aid and CPR Training to be held at the Multi-Educational Centre, June 9 and 10, 2018 (weekend).  The service will provide a nutritious lunch and snacks/beverages for 30 people each day.  

Tender Specifications:

Morning Snack and Beverages served at 9:00am

Lunch and Beverages served at 12noon

Afternoon Snack and Beverages served at 2:30pm

Tender Requirements and Submission 

1. NO STYROFOAM PRODUCTS.  Paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery are permitted.  

 

Please submit bids (including menu and copy of Food Handlers Certificate) to Donna Trudeau, Niigaaniin Program Manager in the Niigaaniin Offices located at 575 Sagamok Road.  Label bid package "Catering Bid for First Aid and CPR Training".
